Travel With Me: London Part I
Not even a week after Coachella, my boyfriend Brian and I hopped on a flight to London. Despite the airline moving up the flight by SIX hours so that we had to take a last minute half day and scramble to pack, we were excited to go back to Europe!

Styling a Feminine Black Romper
You know how much I love rompers! My style tends to me more subtle (I've really tried to get more lively!) so I typically gravitate towards neutral tones year-round. I'm also a huge proponent of leveraging pieces you already have in your closet to pull together a look.
Travel With Me: Joshua Tree
There's something about the desert. I grew up going to Eastern Washington every summer where my affinity for the desert started. The warmth of the sun hitting you, the beautiful desert foliage that looks like you're on Mars, and the peacefulness of being able to see far into the distance. This is why I love traveling to the Southwest, so when I found out we'd be visiting Joshua Tree National Park during a weekend trip to Palm Springs (read all about the trip here!), I couldn't wait!
Travel With Me: A Weekend in Palm Springs

Travel With Me: 10 Days in New York
New York has so much to explore! There's amazing things to do at all hours of the day, which means you can do so much, but also feel like there's still so much left to see. My boyfriend and I headed to the Big Apple for 10 days where we ate, drank, and laughed our way through the city. Here I've laid out what we did, where we ate, and what rooftop bars were our favorites! This is a long post, but if you're planning a trip to New York, scroll through to find the highlights that look the most fun to you!
How I Manage My Flight Anxiety
I love traveling. Hopping on a plane, train or car to a new destination is one of, if not my favorite thing to do. Whenever I get buckled in on a flight, a rising feeling of heat and anxiety builds in my chest making me so nervous to take off.
Travel With Me: Malibu
At the end of July I headed to Malibu with a group of friends for a wedding! We had the best time lounging poolside, eating great food and celebrating love. I wanted to share some memories from the trip, so continue browsing for an informal travel diary!
Your All-In-One Coachella Guide
It's almost here! Coachella is a 3-day music and arts festival that takes place in Indio, CA for two consecutive weekends each year. Known for it's trendy outfits, A-list attendees and headliner music, Coachella is the place to see and be seen every spring. With as glamorous and so very "LA" as Coachella seems, when I first went two years ago, I was pleasantly surprised by the normalcy of event and camaraderie between everyone there for the simple reason that everyone's there to have a great time!
Travel With Me: Weekend in Vancouver, BC
Cheers! Last week was Brian's birthday, so for his gift, I wanted to get him an experience instead of a thing. It's our other friend Sydney's birthday in a few weeks, so her boyfriend and I surprised her and Brian with a weekend trip to Vancouver!
As you read about in my New Year's trip to Vancouver, I love popping up to Vancouver since it's such a close way to explore! We took a half day on Friday, loaded the car with snacks, and drove up to the boarder! Brian and Sydney were guessing the whole way about where we were headed, until we got to the boarder guard when the secret was finally revealed.
Travel With Me: Isla Mujeres
Brian and I grabbed an Uber from my work on a rainy Friday to head to SeaTac. We were off for an extended weekend on Isla Mujeres, which is a 5-mile long island off of the coast from Cancun, Mexico. We had only booked the trip a few weeks before, after two of my friends had come over for dinner, which turned into making vacation plans! We were graciously able to stay with them, so Brian and I jumped on the opportunity for a tropical getaway!
Unlike staying in Cancun, which can be touristy, Isla is a lot slower paced. We stayed in my friend’s house, making it low barrier to entry as far as vacations go. There are still quite a few tourists on the island, but most are there for the day, and my friend’s place is on the opposite end of the island from the ferry and main beach, so it can feel remote at her place.
