Happy Spring! Even if the weather in Seattle doesn't always align with the seasons, we can still hope for warmth and enjoy some ice cream!

Frankie & Jo's is a new spot on Capitol Hill that's been blowing up in the Seattle Instagram scene. Their palm wall paper has been the main driver of this I would guess. 

Their ice creams are plant based, which made the Chocolate Mint Brownie flavor I got extremely creamy - YUM! Their homemade waffle cone was also delicious. 

The block they're on is now full of new, beautiful eateries including Bar Melusine (check out my recent visit!), Bateau & Soi. If you're in need of a filling lunch or dinner, I recommend stopping by for some ice cream before or after!
